Leg Cramps in pregnancy

Leg cramps are very common in pregnancy .

Remedies that may help :-

  • wearing the right shoes
  • regular exercise
  • calcium supplements
  • gentle massage to the calf muscles
  • good hydration
  • use warmers

Nausea and Vomiting in Pregnancy

 Nausea and vomiting are common experiences in pregnancy, affecting 70–80% of all pregnant women.

Remedies that may help :-

  • Get plenty of rest 
  • avoid foods or smells that make you feel sick
  • eat small, frequent meals of plain foods that are high in carbohydrate and low in fat (such as bread, rice, crackers and pasta).
